Upon hire the adjunct instructor will have an email account
established through the HR and IT Departments. Your supervisor
should provide the username and password to you. If you have not
received this information before the adjunct orientation it will be
provided at that time.
If you are a returning faculty member the username you were given upon
hire still applies. You may need to update your password.
To access or send email through
the college, follow the steps below:

Go to the Phillips College homepage-
www.pccua.edu and select "Employee
Mail Icon" under the
Servers listed on right of screen.

Enter your username - adj+First
initial+lastname+last in the box

Enter your password which is your full
date of birth (mmddyyyy)

Your email account format will look like
this: adjdhardy@pccua.edu
