Grades

Mid-Term Grades/Final Grades

Faculty will record grades at mid-term and final grades at end of each semester. Dates for grade submission can be found in the academic calendar (located in the college catalog, college website, fall and spring schedules or contact your Division Dean).

Faculty will be notified/reminded by email when to enter grades for students at mid-term and at the end of each semester by registrar's office.

Dates for Grades

Fall 2012

Mid-Term -October 9, 2012
Due by 4:00 p.m.

Final Grades - December 13, 2012
Due by 12:00 noon

Spring 2013

Mid-Term -March 7, 2013
Due by 4:00 p.m.

Final Grades - May 14, 2013
Due by 12:00 noon

Steps for entering student grades:

Choose Grading under Faculty Information
Choose term from drop down box
Courses will be listed for the semester per instructor login
Select the course to enter grades by clicking the bullet in front of the course
Click submit
Roster of students will appear
Enter grades
Click submit - confirm mid-term or final grades
Click submit

If you teach more than one course and need to enter grades for another class use the arrow at the top of screen in web advisor to go back to the course list and choose the next course. Follow the same instructions.
