MISSION STATEMENT 

The Learning Center of Phillips Community College/UA, Stuttgart campus, will provide learning assistance for the educational community through professional, one-to-one, peer, computer-based, and group tutorials.  The program offers an encouraging environment for the struggling D average student, the A average student, and every student in between.  These services are provided in collaboration with faculty, staff, student services, and other PCC/UA campuses to enhance student success.
