3.03 Admissions Procedures for Transfer Students

1. The student requests an application form from the office of the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services. A copy of the application for admissions is sent to the Director of Advisement and Assessment.
2. The student should request registrars of all institutions previously attended to send an official transcript to the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services.
3. Transfer students who have not furnished evidence of successfully completing math and English requirements must provide ACT or SAT scores or schedule an ASSET or COMPASS test. Students applying in person are sent to the Advisement Center to schedule an ASSET test and orientation session or the COMPASS test. Students not applying in person will receive a letter from the Director of Advisement and Assessment asking them to call the Advisement Center and schedule an ASSET or COMPASS test.
4. The student is referred to the Dean in the division to which he is seeking admission.
