10.07 Excessive Absence Warning Letter

I have been informed by your instructor, [Instructor's Title] [Instructor's Last Name] that you are in danger of becoming excessively absent in [Course Name]. I have tried contacting you by phone to discuss your absences with you but have been unable to get in touch with you.

It is very important that you not become excessively absent. An EW grade can negatively affect your eligibility for financial aid and your academic standing. If it is necessary for you to withdraw from the course, be sure to do it officially by seeing me or another advisor in the Advisement Center.

Please give me a call or come by and see me either in my office or the Advisement Center, 338-6474, Ext. 134.
