9.01 Honors Students

Students who are doing especially well should be made aware of the existence of PCCUA's chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the national junior college honorary society. To be considered for initiation into the Sigma Kappa chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, students must have completed at least 15 hours and have earned a GPA of 3.5 or above.

A list of students eligible for Phi Theta Kappa will be distributed to advisors. If an advisor has a student who apparently meets the criteria for Phi Theta Kappa but is not on the list, the advisor should contact Georgia Lynn or Mary King, sponsors of Phi Theta Kappa.
