Students will receive midterm grades. These are simply advisory grades
and will not be placed on the student's permanent record.
1. Instructors will receive class rolls for midterm grade reports
from the office of the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services/Registrar.
2. Instructors will turn in midterm grades to the Vice Chancellor for
Administrative Services/Registrar's office. Instructors should not post midterm grades.
3. Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services/Registrar's office personnel will
enter midterm grades into the computer and generate lists of midterm grades by student.
4. Students may access their mid-term grades through the
student link of the PCCUA homepage. students may also make an appointment
with their advisor to receive their midterm grades and/or discuss their
progress
