A student who withdraws from the College in the course of the regular semester or summer term must do so officially in the office of the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services. Official withdrawal must be made in person or by written statement from the student. The student's I.D. card must be submitted at the time of withdrawal. Consultation with an advisor is compulsory for all students who withdraw from the college. Failure to do so will result in the recording of failing grades in the course(s) for which the student is registered.
