Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas is seeking qualified applicants for the following position on the Helena Campus.  This job posting is for a full-time, 9 month position.

 Mathematics’ Instructor
Helena Campus 

Essential Job Duties:

·                    Teaching a variety of math classes that may include developmental math, college algebra, trigonometry, finite math calculus and math for teachers

·                    Advising students;

·                    Evaluating curriculum;

·                    Participating in campus and departmental activities; and

·                    Performing other related responsibilities as required.

 Qualifications:     Master’s degree in Mathematics.  Two or more years of successful teaching are preferred.   Experience integrating technology into instruction is a plus.  The ability and willingness to teach a wide variety of class and the ability to work and interact effectively with colleagues and students of various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds is a plus.
