You should post to the Main Discussion board  two (2) times a week.  Your postings here should deal with the class subject matter.  Your postings can be your comments on the topic, they can be on the comments of others.

You can post to the Hello board as often as you choose.  Your postings here are simply the type of comments you would make to your friends in the class room.

You should post to the Help board when you have questions about the computer, finding information.

All the old posts to the Discussion boards are moved to notes on a regular basis so you can check Notes for past comments that you wish to review.
