About Me

I am a graduate of Barton High School and hold degrees in Political Science from Ouachita Baptist University and Baylor University. I serve as a History/Political Science Instructor at the Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas.  In addition, I also do some consulting work for the City of Helena-West Helena and the Phillips County Port Authority.  I am married to the former Donna Shepherd, and we have a 4-year-old son named Collin.
