Arkansas Course Transfer System (ACTS):
The course name and number in parentheses denotes the ACTS course number for transfer within Arkansas public colleges and universities.
Prerequisites:
Students must complete all required science, math, and English prerequisite courses with a grade of “C” or better before making application to the ADN nursing program.
Science and Nursing Courses:
Science courses taken more than five (5) years prior to admission to the nursing program must be repeated.
Nursing courses older than (3) years will not count toward meeting curricular requirements for graduation from the Associate Degree Nursing program.
Required Grade for Progression:
A minimum grade of “C” is mandatory for all required general education support courses and all required nursing courses in the ADN curriculum. General education courses may be taken earlier than prescribed or as prescribed corequisites. Courses with a NG prefix must be taken in the sequence prescribed.
