Online Course Login Directions

You have registered to take an online course from PCCUA during the Summer 2022 semester. Your course will be available by 2 pm on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. If you cannot access your course AFTER 2 pm, please contact Michelle Waites at mwaites@pccua.edu. Be sure to include your name, username, date of birth, and the name of the course you cannot access.

UA AA Online courses are taught by faculty on the PCCUA, UACCB (Batesville) and UACHT (Hope) campuses. Below you will find the directions on how to access those courses.

  1. You will see the online courses being offered during the Summer 2022 semester. You must know the instructor the name of the instructor teaching your course and you must find that course and click on the button labeled LOGIN to the left of your course name. 
  2.  Next, you will be taken to the server where your course is located. You must enter your username and password.
    1.  Your username is your first initial last name and the last four digits of your PCCUA student ID number, for example, MWAITES1234 (please remember that your student ID number is different than your social security number). If you do not know your student ID number, you may call the registrar’s office at 870-338-6474 ext. 1337
    2. Your password is your complete date of birth (no dashes or spaces) …for example, if your birthday is January 18, 1989, then your password is 01181989 
  1. Click ok or login.  

You should now see the course you are enrolled in. If you are enrolled in more than 1 UA Online course, your courses may or may not all be listed on the same server. If you do not see all your courses, then you must access the courses individually by following the directions above. To enter the course, simply click on the name of the course.  

You must log into and PARTICIPATE in the course before midnight on June 7, 2022. If you do not log in AND PARTICPATE in the course before this time, you will be reported as a NO SHOW and dropped from the course. If you are reported as a no show, you may not be eligible to receive tuition reimbursement.

After following these directions if you are still unable to access your online course, please email Michelle Waites, at mwaites@pccua.edu or Bennie Fonzie at bfonzie@pccua.edu immediately. Please include your full name, student ID number, date of birth and the name of the course you cannot access in your email.
