About Student Orientation
Student orientation is mandatory and held annually each fall at the beginning of the semester for all new and returning students. All students enrolled in six (6) or more semester credit hours are required to complete student orientation prior to classes beginning for the fall semester. Students must see their advisor to preregister for orientation.

Students graduating in December 2020 taking fewer than ten (10) hours
The orientation dates are listed in the Academic Calendar prior to the fall semester. There is no cost for attending orientation. It is important to note that students who do not attend orientation will be required to pay one credit hour of tuition.
Important Points to Remember:
Snacks, drinks, and giveaways will be provided to students during orientation.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. There will be a lot of walking, and rooms are often cool.
