Project Goals
GOAL 1 - Skilled Technicians: Increase the quality and capacity of technicians in the Information Systems (Networking, Programming, and Cyber Security) Program that graduate with certificates and degrees ready to enter the workforce.
GOAL 2 - Qualified Faculty: Increase the quality and capacity of the faculty that teach in the Information Systems (Networking, Programming and Cyber Security) Program.

Project Objectives
Objective 1: Increase the number of students enrolled in the program by 20% each year.
Recruit four additional study (from 14-18) to the program for each year of the project.
Objective 2: Increase the student Retention Rate by 5% each year.
Expected Outcomes: Maintain the current student retention rate of 80% and increase to 90% during this project.
Objective 3: Increase the number of AAS Information Systems degrees awarded each year by 40%.
Expected Outcomes: For each year of the project, three additional students (7 to 10) will graduate with a degree.
Objective 4: Increase the number of Certificate of Proficiencies awarded each yera by 30%.
Expected Outcomes: For each year of the project, three additional students (10 to 13) will graduate with a CP.
Objective 5: A minimum of 70% of the graduates each year will be placed in the information technology workforce.
Expected Outcomes: At the end of each project year, 70% (7 out of 10) of graduates will be placed in the workforce.
