Intramural Sports
The intramural activities program provides an opportunity for students to participate in supervised, competitive activities between groups to build group learning, communication, critical thinking. and leadership skills within the Helena-West Helena campus community. Intercollegiate activities include: flag football, volleyball, basketball, softball, and disc golf. Intramural activities include 4-on-4 flag football, 6-on-6 volleyball, 4-on-4 volleyball, 3-on-3 basketball, 5-on-5 basketball, pickle ball, badminton, table tennis, dodge ball, ultimate frisbee, archery, and wiffle ball. Check around campus for posted information on upcoming seasons and opportunities!

The PCCUA Fitness Center which consists of 13,998 square feet of space including a “Fitness Center” which has 3,262 sq., a “Cardio Room” at 858 square feet, a “Yoga Stretch Room” at 144 square feet, a "Weight Room” that is 2,260 and a “Gym Floor” that is 7474 square feet.
