Certificate of General Studies
The Certificate in General Studies (CGS) is a technical certificate and provides official documentation for completion of thirty-one (31) college credit hours in specific general education courses. It serves as an entry pathway for movement toward an associate degree.
Program Student Learning Outcomes for General Education
Students who earn an Associate of Science through the general education core or transfer program will demonstrate proficiency in the following STACC Core Competencies:
