PCCUA is committed to reviewing, procedures, policies, practices and expenditures to maximize the use of institutional resources to support the instructional and support service needs of our students.  PCCUA has utilizes its Executive Council to develop initiatives and to spearhead cost containment efforts.  Faculty, staff, students, the Board of Visitors, and the community are encouraged to be engaged and submit suggestions. Suggestions for possible cost containment initiatives can be emailed to the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at ssullivant@pccua.edu.

In compliance with Arkansas Code 6-61-135, PCCUA has created a searchable database of expenditures. The data is derived from general ledger accounting records and is not intended to supplement or replace the annual audited financial report. The data is to include the payee, amount, and purpose of expenditures, if such disclosure is permissible under the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967 (FOIA) and federal laws or regulations.

Cost containment reports are submitted based on Arkansas Department of Higher Education (ADHE) or legislative requests. The most recent Cost Containment report is posted below.
