• Assess operating systems using critical thinking skills, industry standard tools, and best practices to demonstrate proper installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service.

• Apply legal and ethical standards defined by federal, state, and local guidelines to provide integrity of data and network systems in information systems environments.

• Define networking terms such as Open System and Interconnection model, network devices, Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, and addressing.

• Demonstrate effective communication by using written and oral communication skills in a business professional manner for the information systems environment.
