Joshua Bryant, of West Helena, has been chosen as the recipient of the King Reach! Nursing Scholarship at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA).
Bryant is currently a student in the Associate Degree Nursing program.
The King Scholarship was established by John King Jr., of Helena. This award provides full-tuition and supplies for the recipient and is designed to assist Phillips County residents, who are enrolled in the PCCUA nursing program and have demonstrated academic achievement.
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5. In order to maintain the scholarship, recipients must complete their course work at Phillips College with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5.
