Women at PCCUA’s Helena campus were invited to learn more about Building a B.A.D.D.I.E., a mentorship program centered on sisterhood, education and empowerment. The program’s name represents women who are bold, ambitious, determined, dynamic, inspiring and empowered. Its mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where participants can strengthen their self-worth, develop leadership skills, improve their financial literacy and build lasting connections. Through mentorship and shared experiences, Building a B.A.D.D.I.E. encourages women to support one another while pursuing personal, academic and professional growth.
Building a B.A.D.D.I.E. hosted “Finding Your Voice: Building Confidence and Self-Advocacy,” featuring guest mentor Gwendolyn Davis, ARPN. The session provided an encouraging space for students to explore the importance of confidence, communication, and advocating for themselves in their personal, academic, and professional lives. Through mentorship and meaningful conversation, the program continues to support women as they strengthen their voices, recognize their value, and build lasting connections with one another.
