Gagne named recipient of Hickey Memorial Scholarship at PCCUA
Emily Gagne, of West Helena, has been selected as the recipient of the Charleen Hickey Memorial Scholarship at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA). Smith is currently majoring in education on the Helena Campus.
This scholarship provides $500 for the fall and spring semesters to a deserving student, who has maintained a 2.5 cumulative GPA. The recipient must be a Central High School graduate, an education major, and full-time student.
