Donyelle Franklin, of Lexa, has been selected as the new recipient of the Betty Howe PN Scholarship at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA). Franklin is currently a student in the Practical Nursing (PN) program on the Helena campus.
The Howe PN Scholarship was established in memory of Betty Butts Howe, of Helena. It provides $500 annually ($250 per semester) to the recipient and is designed to assist Phillips County residents enrolled in the PCCUA PN program.
