PCCUA AR County Celebrates 2026 Honor Graduates and Outstanding Students

The 2026 honor graduates attending classes on the DeWitt and Stuttgart campuses of Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) were celebrated during a reception before commencement on Thursday, May 14. These students maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, demonstrating consistent academic excellence throughout their college journey.

From DeWitt: Autumn Danner, Grace Edmondson, Hallie Hargrove

From Dumas: Nelson Crow, Ty Gilbreth, Jackson Moore

From England: Nicholas Brown Jr., Allison Mackey

From Holly Grove: India Whitman

From St.Charles: Mary Katherine Denny

From Stuttgart: Amelia Cole, Ashlyn Eason, Jeff Henson, Eli Smith, Cassi Wilson

In addition to honor graduates, PCCUA recognized four students as Outstanding Students of the Year for their exceptional academic performance, campus involvement, and leadership.

Addison Blackmon – DeWitt Traditional Student
Addison Blackmon is being recognized for her exceptional perseverance and determination throughout her academic journey. Despite balancing multiple jobs while pursuing her education, she remained committed to her goals and serves asan inspiring example of resilience and hard work.

Melanie Hudson – DeWitt Non-Traditional Student
Melanie Hudson is honored for her remarkable dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment to success. While balancing a full-time job, raising a teenage daughter, and overcoming life’s challenges, she remained focused on earning her degree and achieving her goals.

Ashlyn Eason – Stuttgart Traditional Student
Ashlyn Eason is recognized for her outstanding academic achievement, campus involvement, and positive spirit. From excelling in the classroom to supporting students through her work-study role, Ashlyn has made a lasting impact on the Stuttgart campus community.

Melissa Luebke – Stuttgart Non-Traditional Student
Melissa Luebke is being celebrated for her perseverance, leadership, and compassionate spirit. As a busy mother, new grandmother, and nursing student,she has balanced life’s many responsibilities while inspiring those around her with her determination and grace.
