PCCUA employees participated in “Clear Minds, Safe Campus: Empowering College Employees to Address Substance Abuse,” presented by Valerie Bloesch. The training was designed to help employees recognize potential signs of substance misuse and respond appropriately while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
The session also addressed college policies regarding drug and alcohol use, federal compliance requirements, and campus and community resources available for referral and support. Through continued education and awareness, employees are better prepared to help promote a safe and supportive learning environment for the college community.
