The Helena Campus has free essential wardrobe pieces for job interviews, presentations, and other professional meetings available to students at its Career Closet located inside the Bonner Student Center near the Ridge Runner Food Pantry. Looking for something professional to wear for his speech class presentation, Malik Sims chose these pants and shirt from the closet at no cost.
PCCUA-Helena Career Closet offers free professional attire for students
Because the dress code in today’s world has become very comfortable and casual, students who find themselves needing to dress more professionally for certain occasions, like presentations and job interviews, are turning to the Career Closet on the Helena Campus for nice wardrobe essentials.
“The Career Closet is open for students needing professional outfits for classes or presentations, said Career Closet coordinator Shawndus Gregory, “and we have had several students drop by lately to take advantage of this great resource here at the College.”
The Career Closet features new and gently used business clothes for men and women. These items are always provided free of charge to PCCUA students and do not have to be returned.
“We have suits, slacks, dress shirts, and ties for men, and dresses, pants, and tops for women,” said Gregory.
The Career Closet is in its new location in the Bonner Center (next to the Ridge Runner Food Pantry). To visit the Career Closet, simply drop by Gregory’s office, which is directly across the hall, anytime during college hours from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or call her ext. 1116. No appointment is necessary.
