Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) Stuttgart Campus has been selected for recognition by the Arkansas Martin Luther King, Jr. Commission during the 2026 MLK Holiday Week Kickoff, a statewide celebration honoring organizations that exemplify the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through service, leadership, and community impact.

This public event celebrates individuals, companies, and institutions that promote access, opportunity, and equity while strengthening the communities they serve. PCCUA Stuttgart was recognized for its role as a vital educational and economic driver in Arkansas County and the surrounding region.

Through workforce training, higher education access, and professional development opportunities, PCCUA Stuttgart continues to meet the needs of local industries and students pursuing in-demand careers. The campus’s partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and workforce centers help prepare students for meaningful employment while supporting regional growth.
