PCCUA’s 2025–2026 Residence Life Assessment evaluated students’ satisfaction, understanding of housing policies, personal development, and overall residential experience.
All 21 respondents reported being aware of residential expectations, feeling supported by their resident assistant, and experiencing a stronger sense of belonging. Students also identified growth in areas such as personal responsibility, self-awareness, communication, goal-setting, time management, and conflict resolution.
Additional results showed that 90% were satisfied with the facility, 81% said residential living increased their student engagement, and 95% would recommend on-campus housing to new students. The results reflect the college’s continued commitment to supporting student living, learning, and personal development.
