Seals Awarded Helen G. Bonner Sophomore Scholarship at PCCUA

Kyra Seals of Marvell has been awarded the Helen G. Bonner Sophomore Scholarship, established by Mr. Ben Bonner in memory of Mrs. Helen G.Bonner, at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA). Seals is currently enrolled in the Allied Health program on the Helena campus.


The Helen G. Bonner Sophomore Scholarship Fund provides two full-time and four partial scholarships to sophomore students who have completed 21 or more credit hours at PCCUA with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. Preference is given to working adult students who are not eligible for sufficient levels of other financial assistance to meet their educational needs. Full scholarships provide $550 during the fall and spring semesters and $250 during the summer, while partial scholarships provide $275 during the fall and spring semesters.
