Sheniqua Speed, of West Helena, is the new recipient of the Partners Bank Scholarship at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA). Speed is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in business on the Helena campus.
The Partners Bank Scholarship provides $500 each fall and spring semester for two consecutive years. Students selected to receive this scholarship must be Phillips County residents and maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA while attending PCCUA.
