Student Support Conversation Helps Students Navigate College Life
Posted Date: 9/24/25

Students were invited to participate in a supportive conversation focused on adjusting to the new academic year. The session addressed common challenges such as anxiety, stress, frustration, uncertainty, and balancing emotions while managing the responsibilities of college life.

Students could participate online or attend in person, making the conversation accessible to students across all campuses. Led by Dr. Kimberley Johnson, Vice Chancellor for Student Services and Campus Life, the session provided a welcoming space for students to discuss their experiences, receive encouragement, and learn more about available support.

The event reflected the college’s continued commitment to supporting students’ emotional well-being and helping them successfully navigate their college experience.
