Jermaine Williams of West Helena has been selected as the recipient of the Partners Bank Scholarship at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas–Helena. He is currently working toward an associate’s degree in business. This two-year scholarship awards $500 each fall and spring semester to students who maintain a 3.0 GPA. Recipients must be residents of Phillips County and enrolled full-time at PCCUA.
