My RidgeNet/SelfService Login Directions

Student Email Accounts and other PCCUA Web Services are accessed by logging onto your My RidgeNet Account. My RidgeNet accounts are typically created within 24 hours after the student registers for the semester.

Accessing your email account:

  • Click on the My RidgeNet link located on the PCCUA homepage, (
  • Enter your PCCUA student email address, which is your first initial+last name+last four digits of your student ( 
  • Your password will be your date of birth (MMDDYYYY).
  • Click on the “Student Email” icon.

If you are unable to log into your account for any reason, please fill out a Helpdesk ticket by going to the PCCUA homepage,, and clicking on “Helpdesk” at the top of the page. Please include a private email or phone number in your ticket for responses.

SelfService is a platform used by students to access student information such as grades, transcript requests, class schedules and financial aid.

To access SelfService, login into your My RidgeNet account and click on the SelfService Icon.
