All programs offered by the PCCUA School of Nursing are approved by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing. Upon graduation, the student is qualified to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) to become a registered nurse. Once an individual is licensed in Arkansas, many states will grant them a compact license. Students interested in obtaining a registered nursing license in another state should check with the applicable licensing authority in that state.
