We are excited to announce KC Capers as the 2025 commencement speaker for PCCUA’s DeWitt and Stuttgart campuses. A transformational speaker, teacher, and coach, Capers brings over 30 years of leadership experience across the military, law enforcement, corporate training, and community development. Raised by his great-great-grandmother after being abandoned as an infant, Capers's story is one of extraordinary resilience and faith. He is a Marine Corps veteran with two combat tours in Iraq, a senior manager of training and culture at Riceland Foods, and holds multiple degrees, including four master’s and two honorary doctorates.
Capers's work focuses on building unity, restoring pride, and changing lives. He has earned over 21 community leadership awards and uses his platform to uplift others through servant leadership, mentorship, and faith-driven guidance. We are honored to have Capers share his powerful journey with the graduating classes of DeWitt and Stuttgart.
